For me to quote a price, I will need to know the length of performance required, location/name of function hall, approximate number of guests, arrival time for guests and starting time for performance, and if there will be a DJ whose sound board I may be able to tie into, or if I should plan on bringing my own equipment. For private parties, I will also want to know the name of the guest of honor (and occasion) and if my appearance is to be a surprise.
